Each time the tap motor is actuated the system mists the tap or hole at adjusted time intervals till the motor stops.
Amount of mist and time interval are regulated with precision and easily adjusted.
Fast, accurate tapping of same or different threads, on large or small parts at a much lower cost than a machine tool. Operator can thread parts while his CNC machine mills and drills the next part. Great for threading sheet metal panels too.
System Includes:
- ETA Arm with ARO50 Air Tool Holder – 37 ¼ “ max reach (946 mm) – 12 ¼ (311 mm) min reach.
- Ingersoll-Rand Power Motor built for tapping.
- Automatic Mist Coolant System and Coolant Sample (water based)
- Bilz Size 1, Quick Change Tap Holder.
Holder will accept Bilz, T.M. Smith, Collis, Universal, Lyndex and other Size 1 Tap Adapters. (Clutch type tap adapters are recommended) Tap Adapters are not included with this system.
